Breakfast Casserole
"Breakfast Casserole" is a family favorite around here and was inspired by a recipe from a friend. With a family of 7 (mostly young children, and a lifestyle that includes farmwork), we are quickly outgrowing a single 9x13 pan and will have to start making larger batches from now on!
